Policy!
Thank you for booking with us. We are a working Charity and Charter Fishing Boat. We can only run 1 trip per day, so every trip is important to us. If you last minute cancel on us we’ll have a hard time trying to rebook your spot. So, please understand that we have a 5-day cancellation policy. You can make any changes or cancellations up to 6 days before your trip and receive a full deposit refund. However, once we are in the 5-day cancellation window, we will keep your deposit if you cancel or attempt to reschedule your trip with us.
Your trip is fully refundable if the captain cancels or attempts to reschedule your trip due to weather or unforeseen boat circumstances.
This deposit is to secure your trip date and time. The remainder will be at the time of your trip payable by either PayPal or Venmo. Please consider a cash gratuity of 20% + for the crew.
